Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Veg and non Veg Cook / Chef to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in preparing delicious meals, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and managing food inventory.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook meals as per the daily menu or customer orders
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation standards are met
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
• Manage inventory, store ingredients properly, and reduce food wastage
• Follow food safety guidelines and kitchen protocols
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth operation during peak hours
• Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Cook or Chef in a restaurant, hotel, or mess
• Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines (e.g., Indian, South Indian, Chinese, etc.)
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask during busy hours
• Basic understanding of nutrition and food safety
• Team player with a positive attitude.
