Job Title: Cook / Pizza Oven OperatorJob Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Cook / Pizza Oven Operator to prepare and cook pizzas using a pizza oven while maintaining high standards of taste, hygiene, and food safety. The candidate should have hands-on experience in pizza preparation, oven handling, and kitchen operations.

• Key Responsibilities:Prepare pizza dough, sauces, toppings, and ingredients as per standards.
• Operate and monitor pizza ovens (wood-fired / gas / electric).
• Bake pizzas ensuring correct temperature, timing, and quality.
• Maintain consistency in taste, portion size, and presentation.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen, oven, and workstations.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Manage raw materials and reduce food wastage.
• Support kitchen team during peak hours.
• Eligibility Criteria:Minimum 1–2 years of experience preferred freshers can also apply as a pizza cook or oven operator (mandatory).
• Experience in pizza restaurants, cafés, QSR, or food outlets preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Skills Required:Expertise in pizza preparation and oven handling.
• Ability to work under pressure during busy hours.
• Good time management and teamwork skills.
• Basic understanding of kitchen operations and inventory.
