Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Call customers from provided data and generate Secured loan (HL/LAP) leads.
- Handle customer queries related to loan products and eligibility.
- Pitch and promote high-value loan products to potential customers.
- Build relationships with customers and guide them through the loan process.
- Maintain call records and follow-ups in CRM.
- Requirements:
- Ability to convince and handle customer objections.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of financial products or loan services is a plus.
- Good listening skills and problem-solving ability.
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, etc.).
