🕒 Working Window:7:00 PM to 1:00 AM
âž¡ Candidates must complete 4 hours 30 minutes login within the given working window.
➡ Flexible login timing between 7 PM – 1 AM.
- 💼 Roles & Responsibilities:Handle customer queries via Chat Support only
- Resolve order-related issues (delivery delays, payment issues, refunds, cancellations, etc.)
- Provide quick and accurate resolutions through chat
- Maintain professional written communication
- Follow process guidelines and quality standards
- 🎯 Eligibility Criteria:Undergraduate / Graduate (Any stream)
- Good typing speed & written communication skills
- Basic English understanding required
- Comfortable working in evening shift
