Job Role:

We are hiring for the role of Customer Relationship Associate (CRA). This is a telecalling job. Your main

work will be to call customers, talk to them politely, and help them with their questions.

Key Responsibilities:

● Call customers and speak with them in a polite and friendly manner

● Share information and resolve basic customer queries

● Generate and collect reviews for sellers as per process guidelines

● Coordinate with other team members when required

● Maintain accurate records of calls, data, and customer feedback

Requirements:

● Basic English speaking and understanding

● Confidence while communicating over the phone

● Prior experience in telecalling or calling roles is an added advantage

● Good communication and listening skills

● Experience in data entry and basic knowledge of MS Excel

● Must be hardworking, honest, and reliable
