We are looking for well-spoken, enthusiastic people, with the drive to address customer issues with sensitivity & empathy, and resolve them in a swift, proficient and friendly manner through a variety of channels such as call, chat and email.

This individual will be instrumental in customer retention, by efficiently and successfully addressing concerns and by communicating in a professional and positive manner. Top candidates need to be detail-oriented, motivated and have excellent people skills.

 

Position: Chat Support Executive /Customer support Executive 


Characteristics:

Education: Graduate/ Undergraduate

 

Communication:

 ● Proficient in English & Hindi

 ● Good typing skills of a minimum of 30 words/ minute with 95% accuracy

 Personality (Evident in spoken & written interaction)

 ● Spoken-Pleasant demeanor (warm, respectful tone, modulated speed, easy to understand)

 ● Written- Uses polite words, is not overtly casual, gives relevant responses

 

Responsibilities:

 ● Resolving problems/ concerns raised by customers on the App via chat/ phone/e-mail

 ● establishing a relationship of trust with the customer, by ensuring qualitative service

 (Empathy and efficiency, excellent communication)

 ● Learning the product and services offered thoroughly, so as to provide timely and efficient

 Resolutions to issues raised

 ● troubleshooting problems and seeing them through to resolution

 ● escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
