Job Description

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and SEO, with a strong focus on sales growth, ROI improvement, and conversion optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping) campaigns
• Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for lead generation and sales
• Optimize ads for low CPL, high ROAS, and maximum conversions
• Perform keyword research, ad copy testing, and A/B testing
• Monitor daily ad performance and prepare performance reports
• Implement on-page SEO and coordinate basic off-page SEO activities
• Improve website traffic, CTR, conversion rate, and sales funnel
• Optimize landing pages and creatives to boost performance
• Continuously analyze competitors and market trends

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager
• Good understanding of SEO fundamentals (On-page & Technical basics)
• Experience in eCommerce or marketplace marketing
• Strong analytical and optimization skills
• Ability to manage budgets and improve ROI
• Self-motivated and disciplined for Work From Home role
• Preferred QualificationsExperience with eCommerce platforms (Marketplace preferred)
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, Pixel & Conversion Tracking
• Experience in scaling campaigns with limited budgets

Salary & Incentives

Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience)
