Dispatch Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Dispatch Executive to oversee the smooth and timely dispatch of goods from our warehouse. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate packaging, labeling, documentation, and coordination with the sales and logistics teams to maintain efficiency in the dispatch process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and pack orders as per dispatch schedules.
• Coordinate with the sales and warehouse teams for order readiness.
• Generate and maintain dispatch challans, invoices, and related documents.
• Ensure correct labeling, quantity, and quality of products before dispatch.
• Manage courier and transport coordination for timely deliveries.
• Track dispatched orders and update status in records.
• Handle customer dispatch queries and ensure smooth delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dispatch area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse operations.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
