We are a growing business specializing in selling toys and other products on major e-commerce platforms. We are looking for an E-commerce Specialist to manage and optimize our online presence across multiple platforms, including Amazon, Flipkart, and others. If you are passionate about e-commerce, have strong analytical skills, and are adept at digital marketing, we’d love to hear from you!

### **Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms.

- Monitor and analyze platform performance, making adjustments to maximize sales.

- Research and implement SEO strategies for product listings to improve visibility and ranking.

- Handle day-to-day operations, including order processing, inventory management, and product updates.

- Work with internal teams to gather product information, images, and pricing for listings.

- Manage promotional campaigns, discounts, and special offers across platforms.

- Create and manage Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic and sales.

- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally through email and other communication channels.

- Perform market research to stay updated on trends, competition, and new platforms.

- Regularly review and optimize the e-commerce platforms for smooth functionality.

- Provide regular performance reports, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.

### **Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in managing e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.

- Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and digital marketing strategies.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and internet research.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong email writing capabilities.

- Ability to analyze data and generate reports.

- Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

### **Preferred Skills:**

- Experience with e-commerce tools like Helium10, Jungle Scout, or similar.

- Knowledge of product photography and basic photo editing for listings.

- Familiarity with inventory management systems and fulfillment processes.
