Front Education Counsellor Sales Job Description
The role of a front education counsellor in sales involves advising and guiding potential students towards the best educational programs. This includes utilizing a consultative approach to achieve sales targets, engaging with prospective students via phone, email, and online platforms, and understanding and meeting their needs to recommend suitable educational programs. The position requires strong communication skills, the ability to empathize with student requirements, and experience with CRM systems and other sales tools. The role also involves maintaining and updating the CRM system, conducting follow-ups with students, collaborating with marketing and other internal teams, and providing detailed sales forecasts to management.
