Franchise Manager / Sales Manager

Job Position: Franchise Manager / Sales Manager

Experience Required: Minimum 5+ Years

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience & performance)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage franchise development and sales operations
• Identify, approach, and onboard new franchise partners
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets
• Maintain strong relationships with existing franchisees and key clients
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth franchise operations
• Ensure brand guidelines and business standards are followed

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years plus of experience in sales or franchise management
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Knowledge of franchise models and business expansion strategies
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
