Job Title: HR & Admin Executive

Job Purpose:

To manage recruitment while ensuring every client interaction at Suraj Trading Company delivers a premium, professional, and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups

• Maintain candidate pipeline and support onboarding processes

• Ensure a welcoming and professional experience for all walk-in clients

• Interact with clients to understand their needs and guide them appropriately

• Maintain high standards of communication, grooming, and showroom etiquette

• Build positive relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention

• Coordinate internally to ensure smooth client experience across touchpoints

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Presentable personality with strong customer-handling ability
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Basic MS Excel and coordination skills
