HR Intern

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support the Human Resources department in daily administrative and recruitment-related activities. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical exposure to HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and social media platforms.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires including documentation and orientation.
• Assist in drafting job descriptions, job postings, and HR communications.
• Help in organizing employee engagement activities and HR events.
• Maintain HR files, attendance records, and other HR documentation.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of HR practices and recruitment processes.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
