Job Description: HR Manager About Youngovator Education Pvt. Ltd. Youngovator Education Pvt. Position Overview the HR Manager will be responsible for managing complete HR and administrative operations of the organization, ensuring smooth people management, compliance, performance tracking, and employee engagement aligned with Youngovator’s growth goals.


  • Key Roles & Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding
  • Lead and supervise HR & Admin operations
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution
  • Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
  • Oversee salary management, increments, and salary negotiations
  • Set HR targets, track KPIs, and ensure timely reporting
  • Handle performance management and appraisal processes
  • Maintain HR documentation, MIS, and employee records
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Drive employee motivation, engagement, and retention
  • Coordinate with management, clients, and external stakeholders
  • Support training and development initiatives
  • Ensure accountability, discipline, and result-oriented HR practices
