HR Recruiter

We are looking for an organized and proactive HR Recruiter who will be responsible for coordinating interviews, calling candidates for scheduled interviews with Senior HR, and sourcing candidates from multiple hiring platforms. The role requires strong communication skills and excellent coordination abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call and coordinate with candidates for scheduled interviews with Senior HR
• Source candidates from various platforms such as job portals, social media, and internal databases
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm interviews as per availability
• Maintain interview calendars and ensure timely follow-ups
• Screen candidate profiles and verify basic details before interviews
• Coordinate between candidates and Senior HR for smooth interview process
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills
• Ability to manage multiple interview schedules efficiently
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes
• Familiarity with job portals and sourcing platforms is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
