We hire regularly for sales, operations, site teams, interior staff, admin, and tech roles across multiple Indian cities.

🎯 Role Overview

We are looking for a Contract Recruiter who can independently manage end-to-end hiring in a fully remote setup for a fixed duration of 3 months.

This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, target-driven, and comfortable closing positions quickly.

📌 Contract may be extended or converted to a long-term role based on performance and business requirements.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment for multiple roles (junior to mid-level)
• Sourcing candidates via:
• Job portals (Apna, Indeed, Internshala, etc.)
• WhatsApp groups, references, databases
• Telephonic screening & shortlisting
• Coordinating interviews with founders & managers
• Strong follow-ups with candidates till joining
• Maintaining hiring trackers & MIS (Google Sheets)
• Closing positions within defined timelines
• Handling bulk / urgent hiring requirements

✅ Required Skills & Eligibility

• 1–4 years experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)
• Strong telephonic hiring & follow-up skills
• Hindi communication mandatory, basic English required
• Experience hiring for sales / site / operations roles preferred
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
• Familiar with Google Sheets / Excel
• Candidate should be based in Indore (preferred)
