Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, confidentiality, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.

* Maintain and update employee records in HR databases and systems.

* Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.

* Coordinate training and development programs.

* Assist in the implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures.

* Provide support in performance management processes.

* Handle employee queries and resolve HR-related issues professionally.

* Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.

* Prepare HR reports and dashboards for management as needed.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

* 1–2 years of experience in an HR role (freshers with strong internship experience may also apply).

* Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRIS systems is a plus.

* Strong communication and organizational skills.

* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Preferred Skills:

* Exposure to payroll or HR compliance is a plus.

* Problem-solving attitude and team spirit.
