कार्य विवरण:
हम जिओ फाइबर ब्रॉडबैंड की इंस्टॉलेशन और कस्टमर सपोर्ट के लिए तकनीकी योग्य उम्मीदवारों की तलाश कर रहे हैं। यह भूमिका फील्ड में इंस्टॉलेशन और टेलीफोन/ऑनलाइन सपोर्ट दोनों शामिल करती है।
मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:
- ग्राहक के घर/ऑफिस में ब्रॉडबैंड इंस्टॉलेशन करना
- राउटर, मॉडेम और सेट-टॉप बॉक्स की सेटिंग
- वायरिंग, केबलिंग और नेटवर्क टेस्टिंग
- ग्राहकों को डिवाइस उपयोग और बेसिक ट्रबलशूटिंग समझाना
- कॉल/मैसेज के माध्यम से तकनीकी सहायता प्रदान करना
