We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Engineer for the installation and maintenance of Jio AirFiber and Jio Fiber services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing on-site installations, configurations, and troubleshooting of Jio’s broadband services at customer premises. This role requires hands-on technical expertise, strong customer interaction skills, and a commitment to delivering quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installation of Jio Fiber and Air Fiber UBR routers, ONT devices, and other networking equipment.
• Ensure proper cabling, signal strength, and internet connectivity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues.
• Educate customers on service usage, features, and basic troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with backend support for complex problem resolution.
• Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction standards.
