About Us

Udeep Organic is the parent company of Havintha, a growing FMCG brand in the cosmetics and personal care segment. We are looking for an experienced and result-driven General Manager to build structured systems, implement SOPs, ensure compliance, and manage overall business operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business & Operations Management

Oversee complete business operations across departments.

Build and implement structured systems and processes.

Develop and monitor SOPs for Production, Quality, Sales, Marketing, Accounts, HR, and Dispatch.

Ensure smooth coordination between departments.

2. Compliance & Regulatory Management

Ensure all statutory compliances related to FMCG and Cosmetics industry.

Manage licenses, documentation, audits, and regulatory approvals.

Maintain quality and safety standards as per industry norms.

3. Team Leadership & Performance

Lead department heads and ensure accountability.

Set KPIs and monitor performance.

Drive operational efficiency and cost control.

4. Growth & Strategy

Support expansion strategies and business scaling.

Improve supply chain efficiency and profitability.

Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG industry (Cosmetics preferred).
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and documentation.
• Experience in system creation and SOP implementation.
• Proven leadership and multi-department management experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Hands-on experience with ERP software, workplace management tools, and automation platforms (such as ERP systems, workflow automation, and data management tools).
• Ability to implement digital systems to improve operational efficiency and reporting.
