Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and proficient individual to join our team as a Office Assistent cum Telecaller. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating computer systems efficiently while also engaging in outbound and inbound calls to promote our products/services and handle customer inquiries. This role requires excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a strong understanding of computer operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate computer systems to perform routine tasks such as data entry, file management, and printing documents.
  • Handle outbound calls to prospective customers to promote company products/services and generate leads.
  • Receive and handle inbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about products/services.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, transactions, and customer interactions in the database.
  • Follow up with potential leads and customers to ensure satisfaction, answer queries, and provide additional information.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective calling scripts and strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during all interactions with customers.
  • Assist in other administrative tasks and duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Female Only Candidate.
  • Proven experience as a Office Assistent or telecaller is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using computers and operating systems, with knowledge of basic software applications such as MS Office suite.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in computer operations or telecommunications is a plus.
