Job Overview :

We are looking for a Packaging Helper who will support day-to-day packaging, labeling, dispatch, and basic logistics operations. The ideal candidate should be hard-working, detail-oriented, physically active, and open-minded, with a strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving work environment.

This role is critical in ensuring accurate packaging, hygiene standards, timely dispatch, and smooth coordination between production and logistics.

Key Responsibilities

Packaging & Assembly Work

• Assist in manual and semi-automatic packaging of food products.
• Perform accurate weighing, filling, sealing, and labeling of products.
• Ensure correct batch codes, MRP stickers, and product labels are applied.
• Help in carton packing, inner packing, and pallet preparation.
• Maintain clean and organized packaging stations at all times.

Quality & Hygiene Compliance

• Follow basic food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
• Use gloves, caps, and other hygiene accessories as instructed.
• Report any damaged packaging, leakage, or quality issues immediately.
• Assist in maintaining 5S / basic hygiene discipline on the shop floor.

Logistics & Dispatch Support

• Assist in loading and unloading of packed goods.
• Support dispatch preparation, order segregation, and carton counting.
• Coordinate with the logistics team for daily dispatch schedules.
• Help in arranging goods for local deliveries, courier, or transport pickup.

Inventory & Store Assistance

• Assist in raw material and packaging material movement.
• Help in basic stock handling, counting, and inward/outward movement.
• Ensure proper storage and stacking of finished goods and packaging material.

Learning & Cross-Functional Support

• Be open to learning new packaging methods, machines, and SOPs.
• Support production or other operations work during peak load periods.
• Adapt to changing work requirements in a startup environment.
• Take instructions positively and show continuous improvement attitude.

Skills & Requirements

• Minimum basic education (8th / 10th pass preferred).
• Prior experience in packaging, factory, warehouse, or food handling is a plus (not mandatory).
• Physically fit to stand for long hours and handle light to medium loads.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully.
• Willingness to work in a learning-intensive and dynamic environment.
• Positive attitude, team player, and disciplined in work habits.
