Job Title: Recruiter (Blue Collar Hiring – Automobile Industry)

We are looking for a motivated Recruiter who will work within there district to hire blue-collar manpower for automobile industries in Ahmedabad.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit candidates locally within your district
• Handle end-to-end hiring for factory/automobile roles
• Coordinate interviews and joining process
• Maintain candidate database and daily reporting

Requirements:

• Good local network and communication skills
• Experience in blue-collar hiring preferred
• Ability to travel within district
