Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client inquiries, explaining our export-import services, and converting leads into customers. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries

Explain company services related to export-import solutions

Convert leads into paying customers

Maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients

Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Achieve monthly sales targets

Maintain accurate records of client interactions

Required Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good convincing and negotiation abilities

Basic understanding of sales processes

Technical Requirements:
