Job Description
π’ job title:sales execution manager (operations + lead control)

π’ job type:work from home (full time)
π’ job description:we are looking for a highly responsible and proactive person who will ensure that all leads, orders and customer requests are properly handled without any miss.
this role focuses on monitoring, follow-ups, order management and ensuring smooth execution of daily operations.
this is not a calling-only role, but you must be comfortable speaking to customers when required.
- π’ responsibilities:monitor all incoming leads and ensure they are contacted on time by calling team
- track daily leads, calls, trials and conversions
- listen to call recordings and identify gaps
- intervene if any lead is missed or not handled properly
- follow up with important or pending customers when required
- validate all new orders (check details, address, plan, dates)
- coordinate with kitchen/delivery team for smooth execution
- handle customer requests like cancellations, updates and changes
- ensure zero missed leads and zero missed customer requests
- π’ daily targets:100% lead tracking and response monitoring
- 0 missed leads
- 0 missed customer requests
- ensure team achieves 3β5 trials/day and 1β2 conversions/day
- π’ requirements:3β6 years experience in operations / telesales / customer handling
- strong follow-up and coordination skills
- must take ownership and ensure work gets done
- comfortable handling customers on call/whatsapp when required
- must be available full-time (10am to 7pm)
- π’ important:must have a quiet work environment at home
- must be proactive and disciplined
- must be comfortable managing people and pushing work
- π’ do not apply if:you prefer only data entry or reporting work
- you avoid responsibility or follow-ups
- you are not comfortable with targets and accountability
π’ incentive:performance-based incentives based on:
- trials achieved (team)
- conversions achieved
- operational accuracy (no missed leads/orders)
