Sales Executive

Role: Handle inbound/outbound voice calls to sell company products/services.

Sales Focus: Convince customers, generate leads, and close sales.

Technical Knowledge: Must understand product technicalities (features, installation, usage, troubleshooting).

Communication: Fluent in Hindi/English with strong persuasion skills.

Customer Handling: Address queries, explain benefits, and resolve basic objections.

Documentation: Maintain call records and update CRM with sales progress.

Targets: Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales goals.

Team Support: Coordinate with technical team for escalations if required.

Salary: Up to ₹10,000/month (fixed) + incentives based on performance.
