We are looking for an energetic Sales & Marketing Executive for a field-based role. The candidate will be responsible for on-ground sales, lead generation, client meetings, and promotional activities to support business growth.

• Key Responsibilities:Visit potential customers and generate leads through field activities
• Promote company products/services directly to clients
• Conduct site visits, meetings, and product presentations
• Achieve assigned sales targets and follow up on leads
• Coordinate and execute on-ground marketing campaigns and events
• Collect market feedback and share insights with the team
• Maintain daily field reports and customer data
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Graduate in any discipline
• 0–3 years of experience in field sales or marketing
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Willingness to travel extensively for field work
• Preferred Skills:Experience in real estate / field sales / B2B or B2C sales
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools
