Role Purpose

To manage customers, convert enquiries into sales through strong product knowledge and presentation, and deliver a premium customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Sales & Customer

• Explain products clearly (tiles, bathware, cladding) with correct usage guidance

• Assist customers in selection based on design, budget, and application

2️⃣ Product Presentation & Experience

• Ensure samples are arranged properly and reflect a premium brand image

3️⃣ Enquiry, Quotation & Order Coordination

• Record all enquiries accurately in Excel/CRM

• Follow up with customers until enquiry → quotation → order conversion

4️⃣ Target Achievement & Conversion

• Work towards assigned monthly sales targets

• Focus on enquiry conversion and value-based selling

5️⃣ Coordination & Reporting

• Share daily enquiry status, follow-ups, and sales progress with management

6️⃣ After-Sales Support (Showroom-Level)

• Support customers with order status, delivery updates, and basic issue resolution

• Escalate concerns to seniors when required
