Job Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth through field sales, client acquisition, and brand promotion activities. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, closing deals, and supporting marketing campaigns.

• Key Responsibilities:Generate new leads through field visits, cold calling, and references
• Meet potential clients and explain company products/services
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities
• Participate in events, exhibitions, and campaigns
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports
• Follow up with prospects and maintain a sales pipeline
• Skills Required:Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good presentation skills
• Ability to work in field and meet targets
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
• Self-motivated and confident personality
• Qualification:Graduate in any stream
• 0–3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing
