Senior Business Development Executive

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, closing deals, and maintaining strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate must have strong sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to achieve revenue targets.

• Roles & ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business leads through networking, cold calling, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Handle complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Maintain CRM and sales reports
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Experience in B2B sales preferred
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
