Senior Travel Consultant

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Travel Consultant who can assist clients in planning and booking domestic and international travel. The candidate should have good knowledge of travel destinations, flight bookings, visa processes, hotel arrangements, and tour packages, while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand customer travel requirements and suggest suitable packages.
• Plan and book flights, hotels, transport, sightseeing, and complete itineraries.
• Provide guidance on visa, travel insurance, and documentation.
• Handle group tours, corporate travel, and customized holiday packages.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, vendors, and transport partners for best rates.
• Ensure timely confirmations, ticketing, vouchers, and travel documents.
• Handle cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, and customer support during travel.
• Maintain customer records, follow-ups, and ensure repeat bookings.
• Upsell services like upgrades, add-ons, activities, and premium packages.
• Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently.
