• 🛠 Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain & optimize full-stack web applications using MERN + Next.js.
• Build secure, scalable REST API / server APIs with Node.js & Express.
• Implement Auth.js v5 for user authentication, RBAC & session handling.
• Manage file uploads and storage using Cloudinary.
• Implement Redis caching for high-performance server response.
• Create responsive, pixel-perfect UI using Tailwind & Shadcn components.
• Integrate real-time features, background jobs, and API services.
• Ensure best practices — code quality, unit testing, version control (Git).
• Work closely with product team to deliver new features & improvements.
• Troubleshoot, debug, optimize performance & deploy applications.
• 📌 Additional RequirementsGood understanding of backend architecture, microservices & deployment.
• Knowledge of WebSockets / Socket.io is a plus.
• Ability to write clean, reusable, scalable code.
• Strong problem-solving & analytical thinking.
• Familiar with GitHub CI/CD, Linux servers (optional advantage).
• Good communication & teamwork skills.
