• Key Responsibilities:📞 Client Acquisition & Communication Contact potential clients through calls, Whats App, and emails.
• Explain company services related to stock market advisory and investment planning.
• Understand client needs and suggest suitable plans.
• 📊 Advisory Support Provide basic market information (as per company guidelines).
• Coordinate with the research team for client queries.
• Share recommendations sent by the research department (no personal advisory).
• 💼 Sales & Revenue Generation Convert leads into paid clients.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups and ensure high conversion ratios.
• 📝 Documentation & Reporting Update CRM with client details and call status.
• Maintain client records and payment details.
• Generate daily and weekly performance reports.
• Skills & Competencies Required:Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Basic understanding of stock market (training will be provided).
• Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and target-driven.
• Good command of MS Office and CRM tools.
• Eligibility Criteria:Qualification: 12th pass/Graduate/PG preferred.
• Experience: 06 month–3 years
• Age: 18–30 years.
• Language: Hindi/English.
