Job Description
We are hiring a Team Leader for our Angel ONE. The candidate will be responsible for handling and managing the sales/telecalling team, assigning daily targets, monitoring team performance, ensuring lead follow-up, supporting team members in client conversion and achieving branch sales goals. Candidate should have good communication, leadership and team handling skills. Must have basic knowledge of sales process, reporting and client dealing. Experience in sales or telecalling team handling will be preferred.
