Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain company products or services clearly.
• Generate and qualify customer leads.
• Schedule meetings or site visits for the sales team.
• Maintain call records and update customer details in the system.
• Follow up with interested customers regularly.
• Handle basic customer queries and provide information.
• Required Skills:Good communication and convincing skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations
• Positive attitude and customer-friendly behavior
• Ability to handle high call volume
