Job Title: Telecaller / Telecalling Executive
Job Type: Full-time (Office Job)
Job Description:
We are looking for confident and motivated Telecallers to join our office team. The role involves calling customers, explaining products/services, and generating leads or follow-ups.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers/leads
- Explain company products or services clearly
- Follow up with interested customers
- Maintain call records and customer details
- Achieve daily/weekly calling targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 10th / 12th pass
- Good communication skills (Hindi required; English/Tamil/Telugu is a plus)
- Basic knowledge of calling or sales preferred (freshers can apply)
- Ability to work from office
Salary & Benefits:
- Fixed Salary: ₹6,000 – ₹9,000 per month
- Incentives: Up to ₹5,000 per month (performance-based)
- Training provided
- Friendly work environment
Working Hours:
- 9 hours per day
- Weekly 1 day off
