Telecaller

role objective : convert inbound leads into paid meal plans, follow up for renewals, and coordinate with delivery partners to confirm successful deliveries.

key responsibilities

1. lead calling & sales conversion

• call new leads and explain easy meals plans clearly
• convert leads into trials or paid subscriptions
• handle basic objections related to price, menu, and delivery
• close uninterested leads and record reasons

2. follow-ups & renewals

• follow up with interested customers until decision
• manage trial customer feedback
• convert trials into weekly/monthly plans
• follow up for renewals of active and paused subscriptions

3. delivery coordination (confirmation focused)

• coordinate with delivery partners to confirm delivery status
• update delivery status (delivered / delayed / issue)
• inform customers when required
• escalate delivery issues to internal team
• (no operational decision-making)

4. reporting & system updates

• update lead and customer status daily
• maintain basic call, delivery, and conversion records
• share customer feedback and common issues
• required skills & profile1–3 years experience in telesales / telecalling / inside sales
• comfortable making daily customer calls
• good communication in hindi (basic english preferred)
• ability to handle rejection and follow-ups
• basic knowledge of whatsapp and google sheets
• disciplined and target-oriented
• who should applycandidates comfortable with calling and follow-ups
• sales-focused profiles looking for incentives
• tier 2 / tier 3 candidates preferred
• working hours6 days/week
• 4–6 hours/day (performance-based)
