Job Description
Job Summary:We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecalling Executive to communicate with customers over the phone, promote products/,maintain strong customer relationships.
- Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
- Receive inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Explain products or services clearly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets
- Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions
- Requirements & Skills:Minimum qualification: Graduate preferred
- Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role (freshers may apply)
- Excellent communication skills in [English / Hindi / Regional language]
- Ability to convince and negotiate
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, dialing systems)
- Positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to work under pressure
