Telesales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Company ke products/services ke baare mein customers ko calling ke through batana
• Existing aur new customers ko outbound calls karna
• Products ke features, benefits aur offers clearly explain karna
• Customer queries ko handle karna aur proper information dena
• Interested customers ka follow-up karna
• Sales leads generate karna aur daily calling report maintain karna
• CRM ya excel mein call details update karna

Requirements:

Good communication skills (Hindi/English/Local language)

Calling, telemarketing ya customer interaction ka experience preferred

Convincing aur confidence ke saath baat karne ki ability

Basic computer knowledge (CRM/Excel)

Target-oriented aur self-motivated hona
