Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential or existing customers over the phone, promoting products or services, understanding customer needs, and closing sales while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

• outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products/services
• Explain product features and benefits clearly and confidently
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in the CRM system
• Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints professionally
• Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure of sales
• Stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques

• Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Telesales Executive or similar sales role (preferred)
• Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to persuade and build rapport with customers
• Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
