Job Title: Part-Time Website & Digital Operations Executive (Remote)

1. • Work involves managing, updating, and improving existing websites and digital assets

Required Skills (must have no basic training will be provided, what to do training will be provided)

• Hands-on experience with Hostinger website builder (drag-and-drop)

• Knowledge of Wix ecommerce management

• Familiarity with GoDaddy website builder

• Ability to use Canva for simple design and asset replication

• Basic understanding of HTML with AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude

• Experience managing Amazon Seller account

• Ability to create and manage Google Business Profile and social media pages

• Basic understanding of SEO and backlink creation

Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable person to manage and maintain 5–6 existing websites and related digital platforms. The role includes website updates, ecommerce management, social media profile handling, and basic SEO activities. Most work will be done using website builders and AI tools, so practical knowledge of these platforms is important.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update websites built on Hostinger, Wix, and GoDaddy drag-and-drop website builders

• Create, revise, and maintain ecommerce stores on website builders

• Use Claude and ChatGPT to generate basic HTML code for improving website layout and design

• Create and replicate digital assets using Canva for website and social media use

• Manage and update Amazon Seller account (product listing, editing, and delisting)

• Create and manage Google Business Profiles

• Create and maintain Instagram, Facebook, and other business profiles

• Perform basic backlink activities for website SEO

• Regularly update website content, images, products, and pages as required

• Ensure all websites and profiles remain active, updated, and properly structured
