Job Type:Full-timeShikshakji Group is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic ZOHO Associate to join our growing technology advisory team in Indore.

This is an exciting entry-level to mid-level opportunity ideal for individuals with a strong aptitude for technology, business processes, and client service who are ready to learn ZOHO applications extensively. We provide comprehensive training, but a willingness and high capacity for self-learning are non-negotiable.

Key Responsibilities and AccountabilitiesThe ZOHO Associate will work closely under the guidance of a Senior Zoho Consultant/Branch Manager, focusing on technical support, configuration, and client-facing solution delivery.

• Zoho Application Learning & Mastery: Actively participate in all provided training sessions. Take personal ownership of the learning curve to rapidly become proficient in core Zoho applications (e.g., Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Creator, Zoho One suite).
• Application Support & Maintenance: Provide first-level and second-level technical support for client queries related to Zoho application functionality, configuration issues, and user errors.
• Configuration & Customization: Assist senior consultants in the initial setup, configuration, and basic customization of Zoho applications according to client business requirements.
• Client Solution Delivery: Be ready to visit client sites as needed (within Indore/MP) to understand their operational challenges firsthand, gather requirements, and offer solution-centric support related to Zoho applications.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client configurations, support interactions, and solution implementation steps.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the Branch Manager and the Backend Team to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
• Candidate ProfileEducation: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Applications, Commerce, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: Prior experience is not mandatory, but an understanding of business processes (Sales, HR, Finance) or basic exposure to CRM/ERP software is a plus.
• Technical Aptitude: Must have a high comfort level with technology and the readiness to learn new software platforms quickly.
• Attitude: Must be a proactive team player, highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess a solution-centric mindset.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Hindi) for effective client interaction.
• Mobility: Must be ready and willing to travel occasionally within the Indore/MP region for client support visits.

OpportunityThis role is designed for growth. You will receive the necessary training and mentorship to evolve into a full-fledged Zoho Consultant. You will be reporting to the Branch Manager/Senior Zoho Consultant and supported by the internal team. If you are shortlisted, you will be called for a face-to-face interview within 1-2 days, and post selection, an offer will be extended, followed by respective application training. We are preferring candidates ready to join immediately.
