Academic Counselor – Online MBA/PGDM Programs

(Female candidates preferred)

We need a proactive Academic Counselor to guide students toward online MBA/PGDM courses. You’ll explain formats, specializations, and career paths, then support them through admission and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospects on online MBA/PGDM programs, specializations, fees, and career outcomes.

- Run one-on-one calls/chats to map goals to the right online track and schedule.

- Follow up leads from digital ads, webinars, events, and referrals; keep prospects moving from inquiry to enrollment.

- Help with applications, SOPs/e-essays, interview prep, document uploads, and plan selection (batch timings, EMIs/scholarships).

- Maintain clean student records and activity logs in CRM; track conversions.

- Represent programs in webinars, virtual fairs, and info sessions.

- Coordinate with partner institutions and program ops for smooth online onboarding, LMS access, and first-class readiness.

- Meet counseling and enrollment targets.

Requirements

- Education: No strict degree; graduates preferred, freshers welcome. Prior counseling/customer-facing experience a plus.

- Strong spoken English and active listening; regional language helpful.

- Confident, professional demeanor on video/phone.

- Comfortable with computers; quick to learn CRM/LMS tools.

- Target-driven, student-first mindset.
