Account Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Account Assistant to support our accounting department with day-to-day financial tasks. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with daily accounting operations including data entry, bookkeeping, and record maintenance

Prepare and process invoices, bills, and expense reports

Maintain accounts payable and receivable records

Reconcile bank statements and assist with monthly financial reports

Support the preparation of budgets, audits, and tax filings

Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information

Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors as required

Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Proven experience as an Account Assistant or in a similar role (preferred)

Basic knowledge of accounting principles and procedures

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
