Account Executive (Accounting)

Urgently Required: Senior Accountant (Full-Time, Long-Term Role)

We are Central India’s largest electrical trading house, and we are looking for a highly reliable, loyal, and experienced Accountant who can independently handle complete accounting, taxation, and back-office operations.

This position is strictly for candidates looking for a long-term, stable association.

No part-time | No freelancing | No time-pass candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete handling of Sales & Purchase Accounting
• Billing, Purchase Bills, Credit/Debit Notes
• GST Compliance:
• GSTR-1, GSTR-2, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9 / 9C
• 
  
• TDS & TCS:
• Calculation, deduction, returns, reconciliation
• 
  
• E-Way Bill & E-Invoice generation
• Party ledger management & reconciliation
• Coordination with accounts team, back office, and management
• Day-to-day accounting operations & statutory compliance
• Ability to guide junior / dependent staff if required

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong command over GST, TDS, TCS & statutory compliances
• Practical working knowledge (not just theoretical)
• Trustworthy, loyal, disciplined, and detail-oriented
• Good communication & coordination skills
• Looking for a long-term career, not a temporary job

Job Details:

• Office Timing: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
• Working Days: 6 days a week
• Bond: 2 years compulsory
• Grace / Commitment Period: 6 years (long-term stability expected)
