Account Executive (Accounting)

Looking for Account Executive who has experience of working on Tally.

Key Responsibilities

1. Bookkeeping & Financial Records

• Maintain daily general ledger entries for sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
• Reconcile bank statements, debtors, and creditors regularly.
• Ensure accurate classification of expenses and revenues as per accounting standards.

2. GST Compliance & Returns

Prepare and file monthly/quarterly GST returns (GSTR‑1, GSTR‑3B, GSTR‑9, etc.) on time.

• Manage GST input tax credit (ITC) reconciliation and ensure proper documentation.
• Maintain organized records of GST invoices, returns, and supporting documents.

3. Income Tax & TDS (if applicable)

Assist in income‑tax return (ITR) preparation for individuals / the company as required.

• Compute, deduct, deposit, and file TDS returns (Form 24Q, 26Q, 27Q).
• Maintain TDS registers and challan‑wise records for audit readiness.

4. Invoicing & Billing

Raise sales invoices and debit/credit notes accurately, including proper GST classification and HSN/SAC codes.

• Track and reconcile outstanding invoices with sales and collections.
• Participate in month‑end closing and trial‑balance preparation.

5. Compliance & Audit Support

Support internal and statutory audits by providing ledgers, vouchers, and reconciliations.

• Coordinate with tax consultants or CA firms as needed.
• Keep updated with changes in GST, income‑tax, and accounting practice
