Job Description – Accounts ManagerIndustry: Automation

Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Manager to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial compliance, and reporting for our Automation Industry operations. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Tally Prime, bookkeeping, taxation, and coordination with the Chartered Accountant (CA). This role also requires excellent communication skills for payment follow-ups and coordination with internal teams.

• Key Responsibilities1. Daily Accounting & BookkeepingMaintain complete daily accounting entries in Tally Prime
• Record and reconcile all cash and online transactions
• Manage entries related to raw material purchases, supplier bills, and customer receipts
• Ensure accurate cash voucher entries
• 2. Payment Follow-ups & Customer AccountsFollow up on pending payments via WhatsApp, phone calls, and emails
• Maintain customer-wise accounting records and outstanding reports in Excel
• Track receivables and ensure timely collections
• 3. Expense & Compliance ManagementCollect, verify, and maintain monthly expense sheets from Project Managers
• Ensure timely GST return filing and compliance
• Possess working knowledge of TDS and other statutory compliances
• 4. Financial Reporting & CoordinationAssist in preparation of annual accounts and balance sheets in coordination with the CA
• Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and compliance purposes
• Support internal teams with financial data and reports as required
• Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance
• 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel
• Sound understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting compliance
• Good communication and follow-up skills
• High level of accuracy, responsibility, and attention to detail
