Job Title: Tally Accounting & Billing Executive

Department: Accounts / Operations

Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM

Location: (Indore)

Job Summary-We are looking for a responsible Accounting & Billing Executive to manage daily billing, material dispatch reconciliation, and payment/receipt entries. The candidate must ensure proper matching between invoices and material issued, and maintain accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

1. Billing & Material Reconciliation

Generate daily sales invoices.

Verify material dispatch as per invoice.

Match billing records with material issued from stock.

Report any mismatch or discrepancies immediately.

2. Accounts Entries

Record daily payments and receipts in accounting software.

Maintain cash, bank, and UPI transaction entries.

Maintain and reconcile party ledgers.

3. Record MaintenanceMaintain basic sales, purchase, and stock records.

Prepare monthly billing reports.

Track and update outstanding payment lists.

4. Coordination

Coordinate with sales and dispatch teams.

Support in payment follow-ups with clients.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of accounting principles.

Working knowledge of Tally accounting software.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel.

Good accuracy and attention to detail.

Experience in CCTV or electronics industry preferred.
