Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with hands-on expertise in Zoho Books to manage and oversee daily financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance, and supporting business growth with reliable financial insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting tasks using Zoho Books
• Record and reconcile financial transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, and payments)
• Generate invoices, manage accounts receivable and payable
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate ledgers
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and MIS
• Handle GST filings, TDS, and other statutory compliance
• Monitor cash flow and assist in budgeting and forecasting
• Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants when required
• Maintain proper documentation and financial records

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2+ years of accounting experience
• Strong working knowledge of Zoho Books (mandatory)
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and Indian taxation
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Preferred QualificationsExperience in FMCG / D2C / eCommerce business
• Familiarity with inventory and order management systems
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
