The role involves guiding students through course selection, explaining admission procedures, and converting inquiries into successful enrollments.

• Key Responsibilities:Call and follow up with students interested in admissions
• Provide detailed information about courses, colleges, fees, and admission procedures
• Guide students and parents in choosing suitable courses and career paths
• Handle inbound and outbound queries via phone and WhatsApp
• Maintain and update student records and databases
• Convert leads into confirmed admissions
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admission processing
• Required Skills:Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong convincing and counselling abilities
• Basic computer knowledge and data handling skills
• Ability to handle student queries patiently and professionally
• Eligibility Criteria:Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
• Basic English communication required
